ORDERS
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status.
Can I cancel or change my order?
To cancel or change the order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the product has been shipped or you have received a shipping confirmation email, the order status cannot be modified.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we provide two types of payment: PayPal and Credit Card.
Is it safe to purchase items on noovara.com?
Absolutely! it is safe to shop on noovara.com. All your personal information and credit card will be encrypted.
Before confirming the transaction, our payment department will check whether there is a fraud in each transaction to ensure your safety.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, use the tracking number sent to your email or contact our customer service team for assistance.
What currency do you accept for payment?
All orders are processed in EUR, using the latest exchange rates.
Prices can be displayed in multiple currencies.
SHIPPING
What shipping methods are available, and how's the cost?
FREE shipping on European orders over 55€, international orders over $79, and US orders over $110. Otherwise, shipping fees apply.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes! We currently ship to most countries in the world. You can double-check our shipping policy for more details.
If you can't find your country on the shipping page, kindly send us an email and we'll do our best to get you covered.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-3 business days. Shipping time also can vary from region to region, but delivery will occur within approximately 1-2 weeks. For detailed information, please visit our shipping page.
How do I change my address once an order has been placed ?
Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What conditions need to be fulfilled to return an item?
(1) Please request a return within 14 days upon reception.
(2) Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: we cannot accept returns on final sale items, freebies or gift cards.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, you can contact us at info@noovara.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How long does a refund take to process ?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Do you offer free shipping on returns?
We do not currently offer pre-paid shipping label. We would offer you a partial or full refund once you receive defective, damaged, or wrong items.
