Terms of Service – Noovara

Article 1 – Definitions

The terms "consumer," "withdrawal period," "entrepreneur," "distance contract," etc., are used in accordance with their legal definitions.

Article 3 – Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on our website. They are available prior to the conclusion of any sale and can be saved .

Article 4 – Offer

All offers are non-binding and subject to change. Product descriptions are made as accurately as possible. Prices shown exclude customs duties and import VAT.

Article 5 – Contract Formation

The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by the customer. A confirmation email is sent. Secure payment systems are used for all transactions.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to withdraw without justification. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Article 7 – Return Shipping Costs

Return costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the item or proof of return.

Article 8 – Exclusions from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sealed hygiene products that have been opened (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Perishable items

Article 9 – Prices

Prices may vary depending on the market. No VAT is charged for non-EU deliveries. Pricing errors do not bind us.

Article 10 – Warranty

We guarantee conformity of products to their description. In case of defect, contact us within 14 days. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

Article 11 – Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Maximum delivery time: 30 days. In case of delay or impossibility, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

Article 12 – Subscription Terms

Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime after 12 months with one month's notice. No automatic renewal without explicit consent.

Article 13 – Payment

Payment is due within 7 days unless otherwise stated. In case of default, late fees may apply.

Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted via email within 7 days of noticing the issue. We will respond within 14 days. Mediation may be proposed in case of dispute.

Article 15 – Governing Law

French law applies. In the event of a dispute, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 16 – CESOP Directive

In accordance with the CESOP directive, payment data may be reported to tax authorities by the payment service provider.
